1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, accessing game content, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with the 999bad platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the platform and remains in force for the duration of your membership.

These Terms apply to all users of the 999bad platform, including registered members, guests browsing public areas of the site, and any person who accesses the platform through an affiliate referral link, promotional campaign, or direct navigation. The Terms apply regardless of the device used to access the platform — desktop, mobile, or tablet browser.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

999bad may at any time request that a member submits valid government-issued identity documentation to confirm their age and identity. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that are unable to complete age verification within the timeframe specified by 999bad support will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services offered on the 999bad platform — including live casino games, cricket betting, slots, and the Cashier — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Each person may hold only one registered account on the 999bad platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. You agree to notify 999bad support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999bad strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available as a free security feature for all registered members.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and fair platform, 999bad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your name).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of KYC verification. 999bad will process KYC document submissions within two to five business days and will notify the member by email upon completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 999bad account;
• 999bad reserves the right to carry out additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal;

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 999bad platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your provider will apply the relevant exchange rate and any associated conversion charges. 999bad is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate discrepancies applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 999bad may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that bonus.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. 999bad determines eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• 999bad reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or artificial play patterns — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on the 999bad platform are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. 6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of 999bad, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bad platform:

• Creating more than one registered account per person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by 999bad;

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

999bad's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their 999bad account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

9.1 Platform Availability

999bad operates on high-availability infrastructure and aims to maintain continuous platform uptime. However, 999bad does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical work, and events outside 999bad's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 999bad will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Game content on the 999bad platform is provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Play'n GO. While 999bad selects its game providers with care, it is not responsible for defects, errors, or service interruptions originating within third-party game software. 10 Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or game-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999bad with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
